In the book the resonant problems in different areas of physics, chemistry and biology from a uniform point of view - extremeness of resonant states of a motion in a nature are considered. The problems of dynamics of a motion and retention of atomic, macroscopic particles, microorganisms in inhomogeneous fields, beyond and inside of resonance conditions; problems of dynamic stability of unstable states, bifurcation, chaos, discreteness, evolution of nonlinear dynamic systems which are not containing in an explicit view a small parameter are analyzed. Fundamentals of the resonant theory of dynamic systems are state. The unsolved problems are marked and the trajectories of their solution, in particular: ball – lightning, activated water, resonant action of superweak fields at biological systems, including correlation between periods of solar Activity and processes happening at this time on the Earth are outlined.

ACTION OF HIGH-ENERGY ELECTROIMPULSES ON METAL MELTS
Action of superhigh-energy electroimpulses on crystallization melts various steels and alloys for the first time was comprehensively explored by academician D.I.Korneev at making of new methods of electro slag welding [1-3]. During a series manifold physics of metals experiments by him, the new effects varying structure and properties recrystallization of metals were unclosed. Among the data crystal physics phenomena’s are oozed, on the practical value, mechanics and corrosion effects. Thus successfully solved a problem of technological overlapping of two various physical processes - electro slag welding and temperature cycling of annealing. Scientific - applied aspects of the phenomenon of electro current pulsing processing /ECPP/ metal melts in modes of ultrahigh energies consist in opening the key opportunity of re-structuring metal matrix with giving of necessary service performances. In too time ECPP solves also a series of special problems, allowing gaining welded joints with high stability of metal of a seam mechanical and corrosion fractures without the subsequent thermal processing.

ON THE PROBLEM OF CRYSTAL METALLIC LATTICE IN THE DENSEST PACKINGS OF CHEMICAL ELEMENTS
The literature generally describes a metallic bond as the one formed by means of mutual bonds between atoms' exterior electrons and not possessing the directional properties. However, attempts have been made to explain directional metallic bonds, as a specific crystal metallic lattice. This paper demonstrates that the metallic bond in the densest packings (volume-centered and face-centered) between the centrally elected atom and its neighbours in general is, probably, effected by 9 (nine) directional bonds, as opposed to the number of neighbours which equals 12 (twelve) (coordination number). Probably, 3 (three) "foreign" atoms are present in the coordination number 12 stereometrically, and not for the reason of bond. This problem is to be solved experimentally.

ABOUT UNITY OF PUSHING AWAY AND GRAVITATION IN THE THEORY OF A FIELD
At studying properties both elementary particles, and it is necessary for Universe to consider them in indissoluble communication with each other to recognize that their properties and change in space and time are interdependent. Dependence between expansion of the Universe and change of its weight, weights of elementary particles, speeds of light, a ratio between weights of a proton and electron is found. The size of quantum of gravitation - quantum of radiation of nucleons is designed. The size of strong (nuclear) interaction is designed, proceeding from wave laws of optics.
